What is your return policy?
With Aperion Audio's 30-Day TOTALLY RISK FREE IN-HOME AUDITION™: You Risk Nothing You have a full 30 days, risk free, to listen to what you've purchased and decide whether to make the relationship permanent or not. Please note that the product must be returned in NEW condition, in its original box, and include all the original packing materials, original manuals and any accessories that came with the item.
A Wonderfully Simple Return Process: A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must accompany all returns. To receive an RMA number, just contact Aperion. We'll ask you a few simple questions and arrange the return. An email with an electronic shipping label will be promptly sent. You simply print it out and stick it on the box for pick-up at the address you specify and, voila!, you're done. Even better: there are no shipping or restocking fees.
You must send your return merchandise back to Aperion in the original packaging materials. If you have tossed them, new packing materials can be sent to you at a nominal cost.
A Quick Inspection Once your return merchandise arrives, we will inspect it to ensure it has been shipped back to us in its original condition. Upon a satisfactory inspection, we'll issue a full credit for your original purchase price. For any product not shipped back in its original condition, an appropriate restocking fee will be charged. Wires and connective cables are only eligible for return if they are unused and returned in their original packaging. No refund will be issued for products that have been damaged, altered, or abused. If any items are missing, or the returned product and its packaging are damaged in any way, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee.

How do I make a return?
To make a return just contact us whichever way is most convenient to you (phone, email, chat) and request a return. We'll get you a return authorization number and instructions on how to return your items. Once we receive your items it usually takes 3 -5 business days to process your refund.
How can I purchase replacement parts?
Some replacement parts are available for sale: Speaker grilles, shipping boxes, and binding posts are the most popular. We do not sell replacement drivers, amps, crossovers, or cabinets. If you feel that you need one of these replacement parts, please contact us so that we can have you send the product in for inspection. It's possible that it's under warranty. If not, we'll contact you with an estimate.
How do I obtain warranty service?
Getting warranty service is a simple process. Just contact us [link to contact us] to obtain a Return Authorization number. Then Re-pack the unit up in it's original packing material, and send to us at Aperion Audio, Attn Repairs, 18151 SW Boones Ferry Road, Portland, OR 97224. We'll evaluate the speaker, repair or replace parts (as stated per our warranty, and send back to you at no charge.
If my Aperion speakers need repair, how much will it cost?
In the rare event that the speaker requires repair, in order to get the most accurate estimate, we'll need to take a look at the product. Once we inspect the product ourselves, we will be able to better calculate any applicaple repair or replacement costs. If you feel your product is in need of repair, please contact us.
My order isn't right. What do I do?
Not to worry. If you received the wrong item, the wrong quantity of items, or if your having trouble with delivery, just contact us at 888-880-8992 and let us know you need to correct your order. We'll get right on the case and get everything cleared up.
What happens when my speaker breaks?
Speakers rarely break. If you take care of them they will last you a lifetime. But if you encounter a problem with one of your speakers, please contact us at customerservice@aperionaudio.com so that we can help [Link to Contact Us]. If it's under warranty, you just need to cover the shipping to get the unit to our warehouse in Portland, OR. We'll take care of the rest.
What is your warranty?
Aperion Audio provides a transferable ten (10) year limited warranty on our speakers; a transferable three (3) year limited warranty on our subwoofer amplifiers; and a non-transferable lifetime limited warranty on our cables. These warranties cover all defects in material and workmanship with the following specific exceptions: Damage caused by improper installation or adjustment, damage caused by accident, unreasonable use, or neglect, damage caused by an act of God, damage from failure to follow instructions contained in the Owner's Manual, damage from repairs performed by someone not authorized by Aperion Audio, any unit on which the serial number has been effaced, modified, or removed.
Damage occurring during shipment, other than that arranged by Aperion Audio Units which have been altered or modified in design, appearance or construction This warranty covers only the actual defects within the products themselves. IT DOES NOT cover costs of installation in (or removal from) a fixed installation, or normal set-up, claims based on any misrepresentation by the seller, or performance variations resulting from installation related circumstances such as signal quality, AC power or incompatibilities with other system components. During the warranty period, Aperion Audio will, at its option, either repair the defect, or replace the defective product, or the defective parts, or components thereof with the then current product/component in use by Aperion Audio, at no charge to the owner for parts and labor covered by this warranty. If necessary repairs are not covered by this warranty, or if a unit is examined which is not in need of repair, you will be charged for the repairs and/or the examination.
If non-warranted repairs are needed, we will notify you of the estimated cost and ask for your authorization to perform said repairs. You must pay shipping charges incurred in getting your product to the factory. We will pay the return shipping charges if the repairs are covered by the warranty. Please save the original shipping cartons, as the unit MUST be returned in the original carton and packing. (Replacement cartons are available at a modest charge.)
When will I get my credit for my return?
Once we receive a return, it takes 3 - 5 business days to process. You'll receive a notification via email that your products have been received and credited to your account. It can take up to 72 hours for your bank to apply the credit to your account.
