Can I change my shipping address - I can't be there to sign for it?
If you can't be home to sign for delivery of your order, no problem. There's three options.
1. Request an alternate shipping address. Track your packages and find the estimated date of delivery. Contact FedEx on the day of delivery (FedEx will say "out for delivery" when you track your shipment). Contact FedEx at 1-800-Go-FedEx and request the new shipping address. Your packages should be delivered the following day (assuming it's the same city/area).
2. You can pick up the package(s) at your local FedEx hub. Just call 1-800-Go-FedEx and give them your tracking number, or InfoNotice number (that's on the yellow sticker they leave on your door after the first delivery attempt), and request to pick up the packages at the hub.
3. Wait. We schedule up to three delivery attempts on all orders. So if you're not home the first day of delivery, be there on the second or third.
Can I upgrade shipping?
Sure. But keep in mind that our speakers are really heavy. So upgraded shipping is going to be expensive - usually starting at $200+ for a full system. If you're interested in expedited shipping, just call us at 888-880-8992 or email us at customservice@aperionaudio.com.
Do you ship outside the US?
We do ship to Canada, and APO/FPO addresses. We do not ship anywhere else outside the U.S.
Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
Aperion Audio provides shipping to APO and FPO addresses for a small fee (call us for a shipping price quote). To keep your shipping costs down, we prefer to use USPS Parcel Post. Priority Mail is also an option, but more expensive. Transit times for Parcel Post are 4-6 weeks; Priority mail is 1-2 weeks. Due to their weight, the 12D subwoofer and 6T tower speakers cannot be shipped via USPS. An alternate shipping method is available for those items, at a higher cost. Do you ship to Alaska?
Aperion Audio provides shipping to Alaska for a small fee (usually around $30-$100). We typically use a barge line such as Lynden Transport because it's very cost effective. Transit time is about one week. Please contact us to set up your order.
Do you ship to Canada?
Aperion audio provides shipping to Canada for a small fee ($50 - $250). We shop via FedEx International Economy. We'll even add in the customs and duties to your order so there are no hidden fees. Customs and duties are 14% to most Canadian destinations, and 22% to New Brunswick, Newfoundland, Labrador and Nova Scotia. As for payment, we can accept credit cards with a US Billing address, wire transfer, check, or paypal. We don't accept Canadian dollars - US Dollars only. So your bank will have to convert the funds. Do you ship to Hawaii?
Aperion Audio provides shipping to Hawaii for a small fee (usually around $50 - $150). We typically use Pilot Economy Air Freight because it's very cost effective. Transit time is typically about one week. Please contact us to set up your order.
How do I arrange special shipping instructions?
If you require delayed delivery, contact us before placing your order so we can delay shipment for you. Unfortunately, FedEx cannot accommodate special delivery requests/instructions such as a specific delivery time or area at location (back porch, etc.) But contact us and let us know what your needs are. We'll do our best to accommodate you!
How do I track my order?
You can easily track your order by logging into the My Aperion section of the site. Log in to your account and click on My Orders to see status of your most recent orders. This is also where all your account info resides.

We ship from Portland, OR via FedEx Home Delivery. West coast customers: 2-4 days; Mid/Central & East Coast: 4-6 days;
My tracking number is invalid.
Those tracking numbers are long and sometimes can be entered incorrectly. The number should start with 22423216. If the number still doesn’t work, then call us at 888-880-8992 or email us at customerservice@aperionaudio.com, so we can get you your correct tracking number number.
What are the shipping charges?
Typically free! Ground shipping is Free in the continental U.S. Shipping prices vary for Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, or APO/FPO addresses. Check those articles for more info. To get a shipping quote for these destinations, please contact us at customerservice@aperionaudio.com. At this time, we do not ship to any International destinations besides Canada.
