    I received an Aperion audio intimus surround 5.1 surround system over eight years ago as a gift and today I had a problem with the center channel speaker quitting so I went to the Aperion office in Portland Or and I was amazed at the customer service. As it was a gift so many years ago when they were just getting started and I could not for sure give them an account they could reference, they entered a new account and immediately took my speaker in the back and isolated the problem, showed me the remedy, which was simply to remove some of the protective coating from the internal wiring connection and reconnect and instantly success.. They stopped everything to address my issue and could not be more helpful, even for a product many years old. I will certainly lokk at their products when I go searching for new towers… thanks Ken Holmes
