    Just wanted to tell everybody about my personal experience.  I had a problem with ground noise and my display on my Bravus 12D subwoofer went out.  So I call (my first time) expecting to be put through a maze of automated telephone menus or to be shunted to voice mail…..and to my surprise Jason is on the other end of the phone, he helps confirm the diagnosis of a problem with the amp, gives me suggestions on how to pack up the sub safely for return (since my kids had used the original box as a fort a year ago), I have an email in my inbox from customer support regarding my case and case # right after I get off the phone.  And to top it off I was a tad over my warranty but they honored it nonetheless ……………now how many other companies out there would do that ????  Customer centric…when it counts, top quality products, and live knowledgeable people on the phone when you call…..that is why I will continue to buy Aperion products for some time to come.  Cheers, Wes
