I bought Intimus 4T Hybrid SD. One of the surround 4B sounded rattling over the weekend. I think the driver is not working well. I just wonder if this is covered under warranty? how do i get it serviced?

Sorry to hear about the trouble with the 4B. If the speaker is on a mount or stand I would take it off of there just to make sure that the rattling is coming from the speaker itself.
