    good morning

I was planning to complete my home theater set up with some rear speakers, and once i have front verus grand towers  and just order bravus IIa 12 d (to use with aperion zona wireless). iwould like to keep the standard and use the Verus grand bookshelf as my rears speakers. my concern is how to properly wireless connect those speakers and what wireless kit should i use to better deliver this task. and or if you have any other suggestion, because wire my rear speaker is not an option and i would prefer to keep the gloss black profile in all my speakers.

    thank you very much

    Hello there,

Unfortunately there is no way to make a passive speaker like the Verus Grand Bookshelf truly wireless.  There are kits like Rocketfish that work reasonably well but you will still have to wire the speakers to the Rocketfish wireless receiver that then sends the signal to the main receiver.  You also could use a second amp or receiver at the back of the room to power the surrounds and then use our Zona HAL adapter to send the signal to the main receiver.  That solution should give you a cleaner signal with less interference and drop outs than the Rocketfish option, but since you would have to buy another amp or receiver it will likely be more costly.

I hope that helps but please let me know if you still have any other questions!

    Thank you very much!

Just one quick question, if i decide to go with Tower Sperakers on as my rear speakers, can you recomend one good powered tower speaker that already came with an amp under 1k ea?

    Thank you very much

Hmmm, pretty tall order there, I don't know of any fully active towers that can be had for under 1K each unfortunately.

Closest thing I found were these Cantons and they are $1600/each.

I will say that such a speaker for surround duty is most likely going to be overkill.

Have you maybe considered something a bit scaled back like our Zona Wireless Speakers?
