What would be the minimum recommended distance from the back of the speaker to the wall with the Verus Grand Towers?  I have about 8" and possibly up to 10" I could use.  This would be mostly for HT.  I have two 12" Outlaw subs so I probably would cross these at 80hz as I currently do with my 5Ts.  Does the crossover point change the clearance required?

Sorry for the delay, looks like I missed this one.

I recommend at least a foot, but you can probably get away with 10 inches if they are crossed over at 80 Hz.

Plugging the ports is always an option too if they end up sounding muddy or boomy.

    I hope that helps!
