I want to be able to feel the movie but I don't want to only hear the sub how do you adjust the sub? I have 5t's up front, 5C, 10d and 4B satellite.

Set the AVR crossover at 80Hz.  Set the fronts as small.  Get the bass level so you have as seamless of a crossover as you can get.  On the sub turn on low bass boost.
