Recently, I won and received the aperion audio 10th Anniversary Prize!

The level or care and professionalism of your staff is outstanding! The double boxes, packing and use of the velvet with lining bags, classy. I have to remove my current  5 Bowers and Wilkins  M-1 speakers. I may keep my sub and the two rear speakers for 7.1 use.

I understand, the height of the tweeters in the 6B and 6C should be at ear level. Could you be more specific in averaging for range of ear heights?

Also, the room is dedicated to media but the speaker set up is limited due to various factors, including size, about 11X10X8 and 2 doors and a closet.

The front of the room will have built in shelves under the 50 inch Samsung Plasma, weight of the speakers is around 117lb. I am looking forward to the Bravus 10 and may add my sunfire true subwoofer super junior for added bass smoothness.  My current receiver is a JVC RX-D702B 7.1 with 150watts which can hopefully power the 10th Anniversary Prize to exciting levels.

Congratulations on winning the 10th Anniversary system!  As far as averaging for different ear heights I'd say your own ear height is probably the most important, but having a speaker a couple of inches above or below ear level is not going to have a huge impact on its performance.  One thing about the 6B is that because of the back port you want to give the speaker about nine inches to a foot to the rear to give the port room to breathe.  If that's not possible then you may consider plugging the back port or considering other placement options like a stand.   

As long as the JVC is honestly rated at 150 watt/channel it should have no problem pushing the 10th Anniversary system in a room that is up to 500 square feet or so.

Any sort of soft material like a cloth or a sock.

You can use the velvet bags the speakers came in to plug the holes, snap a picture, enter it in Aperion's velvet bag contest, and see if your winning streak continues...
