I just have received my new Aperion system which includes an S-10 Subwoofer. I have (also new) a Dennon AVR 3806. I am having a blast whenever I have time to play with this stuff, however, when I run the Dennon auto-setup for the speakers it leaves the the Subwoofer at -12.0 which is the last setting before OFF. Of course, this is not providing any bottom to any input device so I am overidding this setting accross the board. I'm curious if anyone has had this problem with a Dennon or any other amp and might have any idea why.

Must be a Denon thing.  I have an AVR4806 and got almost identical results with my S-10.  I just went in and manually changed it to 0dB.  Made a huge difference!  No idea why this occurs, but at least the Denon setup is easy to tweak.
