thanks...spent the last two days getting the wiring in the walls.....everyting installed.....hooked up......sounds good right out of box.....need to calibrate......seems like more highs than mids and lows......gottta read reciever and speaker info

sorry it took so long to reply....have had a lot going on.......i have everything hooked up and running........the speakers sound awsome and i have not even calibrated them yet......am planning to do so in the next couple days......have been spending time just getting to know the system ins and outs with a long way to go.......the 808 has plenty of power and features......would not hesitate with this unit........like i say......just getting to know the system and will calibrate soon......also like they say....i think the speakers are starting to break in.......better all around sound....more even sounding

you made the right choice....everything is starting to come together.....if you are like me and new to this....don't be afraid to make changes.....just make sure you make notes of where you started in case you don't like where you are

Finally got mine set up. I see where you are coming from. The 808 is pretty overwhelming but so far the Aperions are sounding great. Needed a few cables to complete the set up that are on the way from Monoprice.
