    RE: Music CD Suggestions

Just pulled out an old favorite that I haven't listened to for a while: The Rippingtons featuring Russ Freeman - Tourist in Paradise.  Man, this is a LUSH album, er..CD.  Nice thumpy bass, meaty sax and beautiful acoustic guitar work.  This just fills your listening room with music!  Now I've got to pull out the rest of my jazz CDs.  Looks like my wife is in for a jazzfest tonight.

    Cheers!

    RE: Music CD Suggestions

    I recently bought this album.

Magic: Peter Richard Conte at the Wanamaker Organ

It's a GREAT test of my S-12. I believe it hits below 20 hz fundemental.    I can only play it at home. It totally demolishes my car stereo.    It comes with a warning to keep the volume knob turned down.
