    Cheers to my Friends

I thought that was the ONLY reason to drink PBR.

Well, that is definitely the main driving factor for me, but out of all the cheapy cheap beers, it taste the best to me...Never was a fan of Coors, Budweiser, Keystone (Ewwwwwwwwwww), or anything of the likes...Although I was at a housewarming party the other day and had a...

I am not entirely sure on that one...It seems to have similar effects to beer, although the taste of it would suggest that it definitely is not...

    Hmmmmmmm...Huh?

Re: Onkyo 805 Shut Off Problem

Sorry but there's no way you can say, I'll have a Franziskaner and my buddy here will have a Warsteiner at last call; by the time you got it out correctly the bar would be closed.Wink

I wonder if we'll ever find out why the Onkyo was shutting off?  You are right about the speaker wiring.  When I did my subwoofer in the cabinet experiment I had to move the entertainment center out a bit. There's a shelf above the TV that holds the 5C that I always take out when move the entertainment center (the idea of a 5C and a heavy wood shelf landing on my 55" TV keeps me up at nights).  Without thinking, I unplugged the wires from the 5C (it has banana plugs) and they touched. That immediately shut down my Yamaha RX-V1800.  After muttering a profanity at myself, i made sure the wires weren't touching and turned the Yamaha back on - the display said "Check SP Wires" but all was well.

Did you spill beer (natural ice, or otherwise) on the Onkyo?!?! Maybe fate merged these 2 topics together for a reason...Hmmm...
