    Onkyo 606 and Aperion 6 C issues

I just got my second 6 c sent to me, and the sound coming out of it is muddy with little high end out of the tweeter.

I bought a new Onkyo 606 to replace my 605, but Audysee will not recognize the cemnter channel at all and reads error.

it is hooked up properly and in phase. Any suggestion as to why this is happening?

New receiver same 6 c and it sounds off

Great speaker though, I want it to live to its full potential...is this a break in issue?

    Thanks so much,

    Mike

    Hey Mike,

Audyseey not recognizing center channels or detecting them out of phase is a known issue, it previously was mostly an issue in the Denons but it is good to know that it is popping up in the 606 now so thanks for the heads up.

If you haven't turned the Audyseey off yet I recommend doing so and then performing a manual set up.  I suspect that will take care of the problem.  If it doesn't I would try hooking up the 6C to one of the front left right channels in order to troubleshoot the receiver's center channel.

If neither improve the 6C's sound, let us know and we can go through some further troubleshooting options, which will probably be a little easier to do if you call us or log into webchat, thanks!
