Hey everyone,

I'm getting my 5T system broken in and tweaked, but I wanted to make sure I wasn't screwing up anything on the sub, settings-wise. Is there a specific method to reset everything to how it came from the factory? I didn't see anything in the manual...

Indeed there is a method to restore the factory settings.  Once you've scrolled through all of the settings you'll get to the Save/Restore screen, hit enter and it should say Save?Save.  Hit the minus button and it should say Save?Factory.  Hit enter and that will restore the factory settings.
