Hi

I am in the market for a receiver and am looking for quality and value. I have seen very good reviews of your speakers and would think that you would offer receivers that would do the speakers justice. I am not very familiar with Onkyo I do see them sold along side lower priced mass market machines. I was hoping I could get some comments from Aperion on why they chose Onkyo products and are they a higher level of quality than lower priced mass market machines.

I tried an Onkyo receiver first and found it to be decent in terms of quality, features, and sound.  However, with the Aperion bookshelfs, in my opinion the receiver made music sound a bit too bright and harsh.  I switched to a Denon and that went away completely.  Both Denon and Harmon Kardon I believe are more musical receivers.
