Hi Guys. The previous cone was also carbon. This one is too - just a different look. Our cone supplier discontinued the cone we had been using, so we searched out one that had the same measurement specs. This is the one we came up with. Hope you like its 'wetter' look. I should mention that the DRIVER is NOT different: The voice coil, magnet structure, basket, surround, spider...everything except the cone material is exactly the same. We'll be updating the website photography in the coming month.
