    bi-amping the Intimus 633-T Tower

    To Whom,

I just picked up the Denon AVR-2807. I am looking to purchase speakers for this AVR and have stumbled across (read reviews) of the 633-T Towers. I have thoughts of buying a separate amp for the 633-T towers. I was also thinking about using the additional 2 channels for bi-amping the 633-T Towers. My question is do the 633-T have dual (2) 5-way posts? I don't not see any back shots of the speakers. I am fairly new to the audiophile crowed, but I am a music lover and have been doing a lot of research. I had a water fllod in my house and told the wife the Bose system is out!

Let me know you thoughts, I have been even on e-bay looking at a lot of Amps in the 150 - 250 watt range 2 channels @ 6ohms

    thanks for any insights

    Howdy,

The Aperion speakers do NOT have a second set of binding posts for bi-wiring or bi-amp setups.... But I would not let that stop you from trying them out. The 2807 will power 633-T's nicely (I have a 3806). I have been looking on getting an external amp, but not because I think the speakers would benefit from more power, I'm looking for sound quality improvements.
