If you are using a 3-wire extension cord, the wires should be twisted which will reduce the chance of noise induction into the Sub-cable providing you are using a good quality shielded Sub-cable.
The relative low current used by the Sub, probably 3 amps or less should also minimize the effect of electrical magnetic field induction as opposed to some household wiring that may draw 15 amps.
My LFE cable runs parallel for 7 ft with the outlet strip that powers my A/V rack which can draw as much as 11 amps. The higher the current the stronger is the magnetic field.
I have no problems.
If you are using metallic conduit, not plastic then you could just isolate the cord/cable with a separate run if you experience problems.
