Basement HT - pre-wire for S-10 Sub and 632-IR prep?

Completing pre-wire for my basement home-theater.  Am looking at the S-10 sub and the 632-IR in wall for surround.

Looking at the pictures for the back of the S-10, I can't tell what additional connects are possible, or what options I have.  Currently, I have a digital audio/subwoofer cable (25 ft) ran from the future HT cabinet to the right front corner of the room.

What additional cables could I run either to or from the subwoofer - e.g., speaker wires?

In addition, what preparation can I do for the in-wall surrounds?

The in-walls will fit between metal studs (which I can surround with wood (2x4s or plywood) using simple wood screws connecting the metal to the wood, then place the speaker in there - building a nice in-wall cabinet for the speaker.

I'll be calling Aperion to discuss placement for the rears.

     Thanks.

Go to the link below to see a close-up of the S-10 connections.

    http://www.aperionaudio.com/product/Intimus-S-10-10-Powered-Subwoofer,19,32,47.aspx

    Click Resources

    Intimus Series Speaker Manual

Click Download, then open which will open in Adobe Reader and then go to page 16.

You have both Line level and Speaker level Ins and Outs.

So, if you want to hook up another sub in the opposite corner you just need to run the wiring from the existing sub to the other sub.
