    5B review.

I wrote a review for the 5B and it got cut off.  Probably a character limit, but I'm bummed becuase there was important information that was left out.

Anyway, I will post it here, and hoepfully the Aperion gurus can get it corrected.

Aperion sells their products online direct which allows them to offer you a beautfiul product at a beautitul price.  Aperion does business the right way.  They offer world class customer support that is a mouse click or phone call away. They offer you a no questions asked 30 day in home trial period with free shipping both ways.  Aperion doesn't ask questions and they do not pressure you. I say this because I am aware that there are people out there that get nervous when it comes to online sales.  Rest assured, you can feel 100% confident that you are going to be taken care of when doing business with Aperion!

My products:  5B Bookshelves, 5C Center and 4B Bookshelves.

I thought long and hard about how I was going to present my review and then I thought, heck, I'm not an audiophile who spends his life testing speakers and such.  So I figured I would lay it out plain and simple for the layman.  Look, you are not going to be able to find a product as nice as this at your local big box electronic store.  In fact you are really doing yourself a disservice if you were to purchase your speakers from them.  Plus they don't offer you 100% value trade up policy.  What I'm getting at here is Aperion offers a build quality, that is unlike anything I've ever seen at a store, let alone in this price range. The Piano black finish is just impeccable, stylish, sophisticated and 5 times more that one would expect at this price level.

I have to be careful when juding sound quality however, because sound quality is subjective.  In respect to the direction I want to take in this review I will just say the speakers sound crystal clear, get loud, extend out into the room, offer excellent imaging and create a dynamic and realistic soundstage.  You can also crank these speakers up to levels where lesser speakers would give in.  I personally love the way my Aperion Speakers sound and have yet to hear any speakers that sound considerably better. You could listen to a hundred pairs of "high quality" speakers, some costing considerably more, and have a different opnion on each. Some you may like and some you may not. Therefore, while I won't garuntee you will love the way the speakers sound to you, I will garuntee that if you purchase Aperion you will be getting a high performance, high quality speaker made with only the finest components.  Be rest assured that this quality is found throughout Aperions entire line of speakers.

To wrap up my review I want to tell everyone who is thinking about Aperion this.  I understand there are many speaker manufactures out there.  I understand that some people like to research their purchases while others just want to go to the store and pick up a pair of speakers without hassles or research.  And I can certainly understand that a speaker purchase can be frustrating, I mean heck, we all have other things in life to worry about.  Just know, that if you go with Aperion, you are getting a quality that is unmatched by any big name electronic store and that rivals any other Internet Direct Speaker company out there. You are getting World Class Cutomer support and a 30 day risk free in home trial.  I will garuntee you will not be disappointed with what shows up on your doorstep ;)  Buying Aperion is not just about a product, it is about an experience. An experience that one can not just describe, it is an experience that must be embarked on to be fully understood.  All you need is 30 days of your time.

There was a review written about Aperion Speakers that I read some time ago on Aperion's website.  In the review the author stated that an Aperion Speaker is something an ordinary man can purchase at a great price and come away with a product that is built well, looks beautiful and plays anything (Music, Movies) very well.  I have to agree.  Aperion makes buying speakers easy. Aperion makes you feel like you got a great deal on "high end" audio equipment.  Aperion just made sense to me.  This makes showing off my Aperions that much more rewarding, and believe me you will be proud to show these off.

Give that man a hat!Big Smile

I had a problem doing a review for the Bravus 10D; it acted like it took it, but it didn't show up like my 5C review did. I did what any other guy would do, I just kept resubmitting it until it showed up. My apologies to the web folks if I just wasn't patient enough.

    Re: 5B review.

I sent John Wander an E-mail on this. He said they review the reviews to insure the person posting it actually owns the product. Then he releases them for the website.

Thanks for the awesome review Dan!

I emailed John as well and it looks like he was able to override the character limit as it is now appearing on the review page in its full glory!

    Greetings,

My review is still missing the following content:

"company out there. If you can't fit it in I understand.  However, I spent some time on these thoughts and would like people to know about them in my review if possible.

Our web developer is looking into how difficult it is to change the character limit. I will let you know when I find out.

    Re: 5B review.

    Hey Dan,

Why don’t you just revise your review to be 500 words or less.

You are asking Aperion to accommodate your wants and alter the forum content at added cost to fit your needs for what purpose, possibly self-gratification and or fame?

You have 5 Aperion speakers and I have 10. I don’t ask Aperion to change their format to fit my desires.

If you so love Aperion, why don’t you just abide by the rules and not ask for special consideration?

Sorry Dan, if this seems a bit abrupt but, this is my intent.

BTW Dan, please use spell check and grammar check before posting.

If this post offends you, please ask Aperion to suspend my posting privileges and erase all of my posts.

    Re: 5B review.

Well Jack.. Dan's story is just a masterpiece of literature.. Will you go to the library and ask them to shorten War and Peace??

You can't mess with perfection brothah...( I am from New England)

    Re: 5B review.

Well, rockarruda, next time I go to the library (probably this Sunday) I’ll make sure I hit the literature section and search for masterpiece(s).  I’ll bypass Leo and/or Tolstoy and narrow my search to Dan…and I wonder what I’ll find?  Got any ideas of your own?

Admittedly, Dan’s post was from his heart…very enthusiastic, sincere and effusive (and perhaps too bubbly for my taste -  if you’ve read any of his previous posts).  However, if your post to Jack was serious, what was your point?

    Re: 5B review.

    Fred,

Are you Jack's bodyguard?  I have read both of your posts for a long time.  I have to say that both of you seem unhappy if you assume a challenge.  "bubbly"?  Did anyone ask for your take?  Reviews are for whatever the individual wants to say.....If I hook up the 5b and I get goosebumps, should I ask for your permission to write it?  All reviews are different, just like everyones listening areas, equipment, and ears!  What sounds like an open soundstage to one, could sound the opposite to another.  That is why companies like Aperion encorage these forums, and reviews.  These forums are not for "gruff" old men to make smart comments so that they can feel better about themselves. You and Jack seem to be very intellegent, but I have to wonder that if you were incharge of customer service that you would scare off quite a few people with your super-intellegence.  Keep it fun and informative, if you can.

    Re: 5B review.

    Hey Rock,

You are actually comparing Dan’s post to War and Peace?

War and Peace offered a new kind of fiction, with a great many characters caught up in a plot that covered nothing less than the grand subjects indicated by the title, combined with the equally large topics of youth, marriage, age, and death.

There is a difference between an eloquent writing and garbage where the writing can be seen in its true form.

Do you actually consider the literary content to be comparable?

If You, Dan and others would like me to leave this Forum, I will.

I offered my subjective opinion and if you and others find that offensive I will definitely leave without regret.

I find fluffy, sugar-coated writing not valid in a forum that is supposed to help others in real life where people want real answers and not “AK”.

Please respond rock. If you think that Dan is eloquent then I will certainly leave this forum and let you answer qwestions that I am probably incappable of.
