I ordered the 6Bs as well as the 5Ts, in the end the 5Ts won. Both speakers sounded great! I mainly watch movies, but I do listen to quite a bit of classical music, and I think the 5Ts were better suited to my setup.
Some of the deciding factors;
- No stands needed for 5Ts.
- More versatile placement options due to the front porting.
- A little clearer dialog during movies when matched with the 5C.
- Mids seemed fuller during music.
- I also noticed clearer imaging.
- I think it is well matched with the 10D.
That's my 2 cents worth. I am really enjoying the new setup, especially the new Aperion speakers!
I'm really glad I found Aperion Audio, great speakers for the size, and a pretty darn good value too, and so far I would say some of the best customer service I've encountered in the past 20 years in any industry. I will recommend Aperion without hesitation.
