 I would recommend setting the 4T to "large" in order to take full advantage of the midrange speakers.  Just be sure to set your sub to "plus" or "double bass."

I had them set that way one time but I have room issues.  Those have been mostly mitigated by setting the 4Ts at a very precise distance from the back wall and setting the crossover to 100.

I am sure I will experiment some more, you never can get them just perfect, but it is fun to keep trying!
