I have a 21x31 room. The room is a combination living room and dining room, with the living area being approx 21x20, and the dining room making up the rest of the room.
My TV is located centrally in the 21x20 portion of the living room, with the front and center channel speakers in good postion.
My problem is that one side speaker is located approx 10' from the listening position, and the other has to be located approx 20' from the listening position (because it has to be located on the wall of the dining room). How big of a problem is this? My only other option is to put a wall mount in between my living room area and dining room area and point the speaker back into the living room, but that would look bad.
Also, I'm debating between the 532s and 534 bipole/dipoles for the side surrounds. Would one be better given my asymmetrical placement?
