    Room Size / Speaker Choice

I am planning on buying a set of Aperions for my family room and I wanted to get feadback on speaker choice. The speakers will be used for movies / music - 60/40. I have read great things about the 422-LR and 532-LR speakers. The general consensus seams to be that the 532-LR are better if you want fuller sound when listening to music as the 422's are a bit lacking in this area.

I haven't made a final decision on which receiver to purchase but so far I like the Denon AVR-2807.

    Room:
14' x 14' but open to another room of the same size.

    Speakers:
Fronts: 422-LR or 532-LR (Prob the latter)
    Center: 533-VAC
    Rear: 422-LR
    Sub: S8-APR (I think)

I definitely want to be able to crank the bass when needed. Does anyone have any first hand experience with the S8-APR. I have read that this is a faster sub which is good for music. Can this sub deliver the lows or would I be better off with the S-10?

    Thanks in advance!
