By now, you are aware that we have a brand new website. One of the issues we had to solve was how to migrate the old accounts to the new system. All of the old accounts were imported into the new system intact. If you know your user name and password, you will be able to login and update your account with a new user name and password without any problems.
If you have an old account and do not remember your password there is really no way to retrieve it. For your security, all the passwords were securely exported and the only way to access them is through your original user name and password. If you make a password request, you will receive a string of code that is a unique account identifier but it only works with the original password. You will not be able to login.
So, if you have an old account and you can't remember your password. Send an email to customerservice@aperionaudio.com along with your email address. We will then go go into the system and delete your old account which will allow you to set up a new one. You can always set up a new account online with a new user name and password but if you try to use the same email address, it will alert you that the account already exists so we will need to delete the old one before setting up a new account with the same email address.
Also, If you have any other problems with the website, be sure to contact us. We want to provide the best shopping experience possible and the only way we can know if there are any problems is when you report them.
