That Rotel amp is excellent. It can push some large speakers, so it should have no problem at all running your surround system much better than your Denon receiver has. No doubt you will be very impressed with the difference. It will give you a true 100x7 which is more real power than what your receiver is capable of.

I actually had the pleasure of hearing one of these amps before they were released a couple years ago ( or however long ago it was). Very impressive.
