Hey All,

Great news: Our latest shipment of 4T, Bravus 8D and some 4C speakers has arrived! We'll need to do the usual quality assurance checks and what-not, but should be shipping this weekend.

If you've been eye-balling the 4Ts or a system that uses the 8D, I would recommend placing your order sooner than later to ensure you secure some of these highly sought after speakers and subs. They are extremely popular and sell quickly.

New to Aperion

I have started to look at upgrading my surround sound speaker system. I currently have B&W bookshelf speakers two in front and two in back. Have a Polk sub and not sure what the center is. Have a Yamaha 2500 dvd and amp. I like the sound i currently am getting but feel it is missing something. I have a perfect size family room, sort of a square/rectangle. not to big not to small.

Anyone I just came across the Aperion website..Never heard of Aperion before was looking at B&W or Klipsch surrond sound system. The more I read on here to more I became interested in Aperion. Not sure where to start. I am looking at a 5.1 hybrid not sure if it is the 4 seriers or 6 series. So any suggestions would be appreciated..I also would like to know how they compare to the B&W's

"Anyway, on first listen and directly comparing the 6T's to the older 633T's I am immediately struck by how much more detailed the 6T's are. It's not just detail for details sake, these are simply more refined sounding, more natural and far less congested. That's not to say the 633T's were a bad sounding speaker by any stretch because they aren't. It's just that Aperion has taken the 6T's to a new level that firmly resides in the audiophile realm. Hi all,

For the last week or so, I have been having an email conversation with one of our customers about how we can help you spread the word about Aperion. Like most of you, he is a very enthusiastic customer and he likes to show his new system off to all of his friends. In doing so, many of his friends are shocked that he would buy something on the Internet sight unseen. He explains the 30-day, no-risk audition but for many of his friends, that is too big of a leap of faith for such a significant purchase.

He had some great ideas that we tossed back and forth and he suggested that we open this up to the Aperion forum and see what other great ideas are out there. So that is what we are doing.

We would like you to share your great marketing ideas with us. This is pretty much an open forum for brainstorming and letting us know what kinds of things we can do to help you promote the Aperion Brand. We want to know what motivates you and what you think might motivate others to choose Aperion. This is brainstorming so there are no bad ideas. We want to see crazy and practical and everything in between.

So, have at it. Put on your best marketing and sales hats and send the ideas our way. Aperion team members are going to stay out of the conversation because we want you guys to keep the ideas flowing.

Subwoofer Auto-On Feature Not working

I recently hooked-up an S-10 subwoofer to my HT system. Although the subwoofer does work, the auto-on switch position does not turn on the subwoofer when it receives a signal. I have to switch it "On" for the subwoofer to work. At first I thought it had to do with the crossover frequency that was set in my receiver. I quickly eliminated this as an issue when I realized that when I simply switched the subwoofer "On", it produced sound.

Any ideas, or do I just have a slightly defective subwoofer??

For those of you that have been hanging around aperionaudio.com for awhile, you know that we rarely offer sale prices on our speakers. The fact is our speakers are an amazing value at regular prices and because we sell direct, we don’t have massive margins and we can’t offer big incentives like our big box competitors.

Many of you are also aware that we have had shipping delays on two of our popular towers for most of this year. The good news is that they are selling like crazy.
