Not sure if this is the right section to put this in, but I am looking into buying a new TV that will be at least 55" up to 65" in size.  It will most likely be an LCD TV and probably be at most 130lbs (I'm guessing).  I have a 6C which as you know is very big for a center speaker.  So, I'm looking for a TV stand that will accommodate this and the TV.  I've looked at both TV stands/cabinets that will house the center speaker in it and also stands that have a TV mount attached to it.  Now, I'm curious what other 6C owners are using for their TV stands.  Can you please list the manufacturer and model number and a picture if possible or a link?  I'm looking for something that is cost effective yet stylish.  I think I would have to cap my spending for a TV stand at no more than $1000, but am willing to look at stands up to $1500.  However, I will probably end up spending $500 on it as I would like to use the extra money for some more Aperion speakers or on the TV.

Z-Line Designs has some nice stands. They are very sturdy/built well and are very reasonably priced. They also have several of their models in a few different sizes.

Thanks for the suggestion, but I would prefer to have the 6C at ear level or close to it.  

Go to www.standoutdesigns.com.  The Horizon N701 & N702 can hold a 6C, they are made in pennsylvania of solid wood, and have beautiful finishes.  You can't go wrong!!!

I'm a little coming into the thread, but if you are looking for ideas, a good site to check is www.standsandmounts.com. They have a pretty good selection of both stands and pedestals.

I actually use a 6C for my center but my situation probably won't help you much since I have my center on a shelf above my 48" Samsung DLP that is part of a large entertainment cabinet.  So mine is placed above ear level and I have it angled down a bit with shims.  But it works well in that position for our room.

Thanks for the help.  I actually have checked out that site before.  So far the only stand that comes with a mount that I like is the Walker Edison V60MWF.  It's a good price at around $384.  I didn't mind paying a bit more and to have more of a cabinet look, but this model may be the one I get when I get my TV.
