Okay I have had my 5Bs and 5c for about a week now. When I opened the box and first saw the speakers I almost fell on the floor. I got them hooked up as quickly as I could (took some time as I was extremely careful to not damage them putting the 5Bs on the stands). I did all the measurements and input that into the Denon 2310. I then set everything by ear. I have always liked the end credit music of Avatar so I played that on my PS3. Turned up the volume a bit and then did fall on the floor. The entire wall seemed to come alive, it is difficult with my eyes closed to pinpoint the speakers. I then watched the entire Avatar movie and heard things on my home system that I didn't hear at the theater and I was paying attention at the theater so I could compare. Granted the bass wasn't the same at home (no sub yet) but the mids and highs are just incredible. I then went to Best Buy (Bad words) to compare some other speakers. I told the salesman what price I was willing to pay for a 3.0 system and he set up some speakers. I know the guy was getting upset because we tried several different combinations and ended up with something that was very close but just not quite there and it would have cost alot more then the Aperions cost.
I know I am doing this alittle bit backwards but that is the way the budget goes. Next I will be ordering the 5DBs. I am sure that they will be of the same quality as the other the speakers. I would also like to thank Jason and Oliver for their patients and understanding. After everything is done I will try and post some pictures.
