I know there are many examples of Aperion's great customer service scattered throughout the forum, but I thought I'd throw out another.
My 534-ss speakers arrived last week (early), but one of them was without its pair of speaker grills. This was certainly annoying but soon realized considering the reputation Aperion has built up, these missing grills must be a rare occurance.
I sent an email off to Aperion before heading to work the following morning, within a couple of hours I had received a nice apology letter and shipping confirmation for the grills.
Exactly how customer service should be.
