Hey Vinicio,
The 632s are not a candidate for ceiling mount. In fact, I generally discourage wall mounting them due to the fact that it requires you to drill into the cabinet.
There are no threaded inserts on the 632, the speaker is about 29 lbs in weight and the port on the back guarantees chuffing if you feed it with anything lower than 80hz while it is wall mounted.
So, what to do? Well, I think I would end up ceiling mounting the dipoles since you already own them- You'll want to play with the dipole/bipole switch and see which you like better. In my opinion, the dipole setting doesn't work quite as well unless you have them flush mounted on the wall.
I like the high stand idea, too, except there is no way to secure the speaker to the stand (lack of threaded insert on the bottom) so if you have pets or kids, I would be concerned about stability.
