I do not hear any sound coming out of the center channel. I have a Denon 4306 reciever and I am using Meteora Speaker Interconnects from Impact Acoustics with a spade connection. I can hear sound coming from the left and right 533-PT's. They are connected with the same cable type but with bannana plugs instead of spades. What are people using to connect the 533-VAC?

I would start with some basic debugging, for example, switch the left or right front channel speaker connection on your receiver with the center.  This will let you know if the speaker/cable is working.  If you get sound from the 533 as the L or R, check the settings on your rcvr, are you in one of the stereo modes? etc...
