Intimus 4T and Bravus 8D ship this week!

    Hey All,

Great news: Our latest shipment of 4T, Bravus 8D and some 4C speakers has arrived! We'll need to do the usual quality assurance checks and what-not, but should be shipping this weekend.

If you've been eye-balling the 4Ts or a system that uses the 8D, I would recommend placing your order sooner than later to ensure you secure some of these highly sought after speakers and subs. They are extremely popular and sell quickly.

LOL... you guys must use a lot of confetti.  You guys were throwing it around even when I had a replacement base sent to me.  :)

Awesome for me! Looks like my neighbors will have another reason to complain to my landlord. Big Smile

By the way, my dog says thanks for all the confetti.

Re: Intimus 4T and Bravus 8D ship this week!

I have come across a few gentlemen on AVS forum that have nothing but good things to say about the 4T's....Small size.  Clean, powerful bass extension down to 40hz, suprisingly open soundstage, and they get real loud without barking...Very musical. Of course I'm not really worried about the extra Bass since I have a sub, what i really want is more soundstage extension and higher/cleaner volume in the midrange.

It's really hard for me to imagine them sounding so, conisdering how small those drivers are.  In any event, I don't have to imagine much longer.  My 5B's are en route to Aperion Headquarters to be exchanged for some 4T's.  Right now I have some 4B's up front holding down the fort..The 4B's are definately more congested than the 5B's so I'm still wondering, how the heck they open it up so much with the 4T's.  I guess it's all about giving the drivers some breathing room.  But, I guess i'll find out soon enough.

Word on the street is that these puppies are hot....Ouch!

They are smokin' hot. Look forward to hearing your impressions.

Might be to early to tell but it seems like the 4T's might be in the running to take over the #1 spot in the "Most Popular" aperion speaker category.  A designation that has long been assinged to the ever popluar and legendary 5 series bookshelf.  But of course, i will give some breif confirmations once i take em for a ride...

    Sincerely,

    Dan.

Re: Intimus 4T and Bravus 8D ship this week!

I bought the cherry 5Ts first. They were a little too big and the color was wrong.  Just got the 4Ts in black.  My wife and I are delighted.  Big Smile  They sound and look great.  I'll miss the sound from the 5Ts, though.  Maybe someday.

One observation, the bass isn't sufficient for me with the 4Ts.  They need at least the Bravus 8D.  My birthday is coming.  Ciao, Mike
