    Stimulus Package finally arrived!!

I placed my final orders today for my home theater.  I'm possibly way too excited about this:

    JVC DLA-RS20U (front projector)

    Da-Lite Cinema Contour 92” (screen)

    Aperion 6Ts (fronts)

    Aperion 6C (center)

    Aperion 5DB (surrounds)

    Aperion 6IC (back surrounds)

    Aperion Bravus 10D x 2 (subs)

    Yamaha RX-V1800 (receiver)

    Yamaha BD-S2900 (Blu-ray)

    Panamax M3500PM (line conditioner)

    Berkline Theater Recliners (x 3)

    Salamander Designer Synergy AV furniture

Cyron LED lights (a boat load of these puppies)

Pictures will follow in about 2-3 weeks.  Theater seats won't be in for another 4-6 weeks.  6Ts/6C arrive on Monday, the JVC projector arrives mid week along with the Salamander AV furniture.  Someone will have to help me post some pics, I have absolutely no idea how to do that.

I think I'm more excited about this than when my daughter was born Big Smile

Good God man!!  How did your wife (if you're married) let you get away with all that?  Well, thanks for stimulating the economy!!

It's been my pleasure helping out where I can!

Paint the kids room, yes dear.  Give the dogs a bath, yes dear.  Take my daughter to cheerleading this week, yes dear.  Go grocery shopping, yes dear.  Wipe your axx, yes dear.   Not sure I got away with anything Wink

    What's next on that list?

JoeZ is my new hero. Except for the azz wiping part this all sounds great.  Looking forward to seeing a picture of the final (is it ever final??) room.

As you know, you and I are the only 2 people in here that don't own an Onkyo AVR so it was nice to see that Yamaha on the list!

    Hey JoeZ,

Congrats on the up and coming HT experience.

Did Obama promise you a rebate package to cover your new toys?

It has been said that He who dies with the most toys Wins. I concede but want you to enjoy that setup for a long-long time.

Also, you just may want to update your Home Owners Insurance Policy.

    Hey JoeZ,

You are one lucky man. Please take some before and after pictures!!! If I didn't live in a NYC apartment and won the lottery that would be my movie setup! Those lights look really cool. What size room is this all going into?

    Re: Stimulus Package finally arrived!!

Will do.  I better take the before pictures ASAP, my daughter's got dibs on Sony SXRD for her Wii.  The room is 13' x 22' x 8', but the seating position is roughly 10'-13' back.  My bonus room is slightly challenging.  I have to place my surrounds around 6' high since the ceiling slopes.  The back surrounds are the 6ICs located behind my seats.  While not optimal, the system sounds SO sweet.  I'm anxious to compare with the new 6Ts/6C.  If you're wondering the upgrade, I plan on grabbing a 7 channel Emotiva this spring, and I can use the extra headroom from the 6 series.  The acoustics are wonderful (except for the one rattling recessed light which has been revolting since the introduction of the second Bravus 10D).  A local A/V store will be installing and calibrating the projector when it arrives.  I originally opted from the Panasonic 3000, but after viewing the JVC, as my daughter would say, OMG.

My Salamander A/V cabinet arrives next week.  I'm considering canceling the order and having a custom A/V rack built.  Jason, any issues running a subwoofer cable (x2) over 5 meters?  I'm going to need a few extra feet.
