A very nice review of the Aperion Audio Intimus 6T-DB Hybrid XD System on Audioholics at: http://www.audioholics.com/reviews/speakers/floorstanding/aperion-audio-intimus-6t-db-hybrid-xd
And the topping on the cake is a 2008 Consumer Excellence Award Winner on Audioholics for the 6T at: ...

For me, it was the ability to do an A/B comparison of multiple different speakers. There were some speakers I immediately dimissed, but I still ended up with a short list where I felt my sound retention was less than adequate to compare over extended periods of time (more than 1 hour). There is nothing like being able to switch between ...

I think you get the most bang for your buck with the closeout 532-C system.

One possibility is to "formalize" the customer auditions of Aperion speakers. Aperion could register customers who are willing to audition there setups to potential customers who want to see and listen before taking the plunge. I agree with Scott that the terminology used in general by the industry is not the clearest and often misleading. Typically when you see "conversion" it means converting from different formats while scaling typically refers to changing resolution and deinterlacing. But I have found there is no consistency in the ...

My understanding is that the 805 does not scale (change the resolution) but will convert from analog to digital (HDMI) as well as de-interlace (480i to 480p via HDMI). Your Sony most definitely scales to the native resolution of 1080P (all HDTVs must scale to the native resolution, some do a good job, some not so good). I suspect your ...

If I understand you correctly, you seemto want to re-assign the back surrounds to drive stereo in a second zone? This would make sense since you state you have a 5.1 system in the main room. It is a bit confusing since you state one amplified channel for the surround and one for the other rooms. Assuming stereo (2 ...
