I do not hear any sound coming out of the center channel. I have a Denon 4306 reciever and I am using Meteora Speaker Interconnects from Impact Acoustics with a spade connection.
I can hear sound coming from the left and right 533-PT's. They are connected with the same cable type but with bannana plugs instead of spades.

I received the speaker cable kit and for the first few attempts in attaching the banana plugs I almost threw in the towel.
So what I ended up doing is really forcing about 1.5 inches of very twisted cable strand into the plug and then tightening the first screw down on the rubber shielding.

I've found only a few Internet sources that discuss how to attach banana clips to speaker wire. I'd be interested in the thoughts of this forum on the subject.

I am wiring my Powered Towers and VAC Center with Monster Cable MCX1S 10' cables, and I am using a 30' spool of Monster XP for each of the bookshelf surrounds (terminated with banana's).
