Depending on the movie and the system volume, I will periodically hear loud, nerve-jangling pops coming from my S10 subwoofer during bass heavy sequences that don't just take you out of the movie, they're like getting stabbed in the ear drum. I've experimented with various levels on the receiver (an Onkyo TX-SR674 with the levels ...

First of all, thanks for replying quickly to my message. I appreciate it.
I double-checked that my subwoofer was plugged into the pre-out subwoofer output. My old powered subwoofer was also plugged into the same output and it worked fine. I didn't have to turn the volume level all the way to get sound out of it. ...

Hi. I'm relatively a newbie to the home theater system world. I'm setting up my Intimus S10 subwoofer for the first time (I purchased it from someone who recently lost their job). My receiver is a Pioneer Elite 92-TXH.
My problem is that the subwoofer only produces sound when the volume level is at its highest ...

Hello fellow Aperion owners/potential buyers,
I've finally decided to get the 633-PT speakers. I've decided to part with my 532-PTs and 532-VAC (have owned the 634-VAC since it was released). I'm also thinking that since I'd be losing the subs on my 532-PT I could make up for some of those lows by upgrading to the S-12 sub from the S-10. The ...

Congratulations! I have a similar set up (632LR's for fronts, 533VAC center, and 532LR's for surrounds, S10 for sub, 522's for presence--piano black) running on a Yamaha 2700. Have been listening to music most of the day and I am listening to a live Santana CD right now--the Aperion's sound great. I don't think I've enjoyed my CD collection this ...

My old system consisted of 2 Bose AM7's, front center and surround about 12 years old. I bought the Bose because they were visually invisible. Unfortunately so was the sound.
I was never to happy with Bose bass output, so after a lot of research I purchased the S-10 sub from Aperion. I did not know what I was missing. I had to anchor all wall ...

I am planning on buying a set of Aperions for my family room and I wanted to get feadback on speaker choice. The speakers will be used for movies / music - 60/40. I have read great things about the 422-LR and 532-LR speakers. The general consensus seams to be that the 532-LR are better if you want fuller sound when listening to music as the 422's ...

Hey Guys, I got my system together and it sounds great!!!
2-633T, 1-634VAC,1-S10,2-534SS.
I ended up putting the 534SS speakers on the L/R sides of my back wall as dipoles.
However, I have room for 1 more 534SS speaker on my back wall in the center. I would like to know if this is a good idea for Aperion for 2007?
Extra Info: HDMI ...

I've been an Aperion audio owner for a good while now. I have a 7.1 setup (currently running 5.1) with the 533-PTs anchoring the LF and RF positions, 634-VAC pulling center channel duty, 533-SS pulling SR/SL duty, and S-10 completing the army. The 532-LRs were the SBL and SBR channels, but I had to put them to bed temporarily when I ...

I have just put an order in for a 5.1 Speaker setup tonight
It breakdowns like this:
Fronts: I-632LR
Center: I-532-C
Rear: I-422-LR Satelite Speakers.
Sub: I S-10, 10'' Sub
I would have bought I-533VAC Center Speaker but I don't have space to fit. I cant make it a wall mount either.
My question is one: is this an ''unbalanced ...
