Help! Anybody got ideas?
I'm trying to find out why my 3 month old Pioneer 1019 receiver is having issues driving my Aperion 5Ts. I ran this receiver choice by one of the Aperion gurus before i even picked it up and it was recommended, in fact the guy i talked to gave some praise to the receiver. Running at ...

I just purchased basically the Intimus 5B Fusion SD package from Aperion, and haven't even hooked it up yet. We have an old receiver that will work for now, but I'm sure we'll want to upgrade soon. Speakers will most often be used for Movies & Music - no gaming.
The system is going in our basement which is long and skinny, about ...

I recently purchased a Pioneer Elite Kuro PRO-111FD and have fell in love with movies all over again. I also have come to appreciate the pleasure that quality electronic products can provide. With that mentality I have come across Aperion via the CNET review of the Intimus 4T Hybrid SD review that they did praising the set.
As ...

I am having a very difficult time deciding on a receiver for my Home Theater and at this point have been unable to find one that has all of the features that I am looking for. I plan on using my system for HT/Music 60/40 and will be purchasing Aperion speakers. Ideally, I would like to have a single cable (HDMI) to my TV and run everything through ...

Hi, I have a 5.1 Channel System. 2 Aperion 633-T's as my front, a center, a sub, and 2 surrounds. I have a 7.1 Channel Pioneer Receiver that puts out 110 Watts/Channel at 8 Ohms. I feel as though this isn't enough power for the Aperion Speakers. I can raise the volume from -40 to -20 on the receiver with very little change in volume level. ...

Two questions really.
First, is this a reasonable combo for a 5.1 system? Im considering using the 422's as my fronts, the 422 C, the 534's as my side surrounds and the S-8.
Secondly, could I drive this system with a pioneer 1015tx or the new jvc702?
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!

I just bought a HDTV and a THX receiver (Pioneer), and now need to upgrade my speakers to complete my 5.1 system. I will need a good movie system obviously, but to be honest I primarily listen to music... and the den is about 15' X 15'.
I was looking at a 533VAC for center, 533 Towers for the L/R channels and using my Infinity bookshelf ...

Well, after much research I've decided to go with Aperion, my first question is which finish looks the best Cherry or Black?
Next question is will my Pioneer VSX-1014 be a good match with the aperion 7.1 system?
Third question is my room is 23x14x9, will the 10'' sub be sufficent or should I go with the 12''.
thanks!

The answer to the first question may be my output source, but I wanted to check and see if there was any set-up solution.
When I'm streaming music from iTunes through an Airport Express, the vocals sound like they're coming from a valley or out of a can. I'm not sure if that is the correct term, but the rest of the sound is amazing (at least ...

Ahh Jim.... A man that can feel my pain. I have been a Red Sox fan since the days when Fred Lynn was a rookie. Lynn, Rice, Yaz, Rice and crew were fun teams.
I believe that HDTV ready is the best way to go. That way you have the ability to display a great HDTV image, but you are not paying for a tuner when you are not ...
