  • Re: Intimus S10 Subwoofer Volume Level

First of all, thanks for replying quickly to my message.  I appreciate it. I double-checked that my subwoofer was plugged into the pre-out subwoofer output.  My old powered subwoofer was also plugged into the same output and it worked fine.  I didn't have to turn the volume level all the way to get sound out of it. ...

  • Intimus S10 Subwoofer Volume Level

Hi.  I'm relatively a newbie to the home theater system world.  I'm setting up my Intimus S10 subwoofer for the first time (I purchased it from someone who recently lost their job).  My receiver is a Pioneer Elite 92-TXH. My problem is that the subwoofer only produces sound when the volume level is at its highest ...

  • NO surround sound through TV

And then, using the "Y" cable, I connected the ...

  • Snap and static on a specific volume level

I'm a complete newb when it comes to this stuff, and I just bought a 5.1 setup from Aperion.  I love it.  I do have one issue though.  Whenever I set my receiver to a specific volume -41 db (harmon kardon AVR 430), one of the speakers plays a pop sound and then goes static.  As soon as I move off that volume level it's fine ...

  • Canned Vocals and No Dialogue

The answer to the first question may be my output source, but I wanted to check and see if there was any set-up solution. When I'm streaming music from iTunes through an Airport Express, the vocals sound like they're coming from a valley or out of a can. I'm not sure if that is the correct term, but the rest of the sound is amazing (at least ...
