Hey guys, I've called Aperion a few times, but I made a mistake with my discussions and they are closed so I thought I would ask here. I have an old 522-VAC center, not the 533-VAC that I thought. Its 522. Its not that great, I've had it for about 4-5 years now, and my wife and I notice that we are having a hard time understanding dialogue from movies.. we are in the 30s so aging is not the reason. I replaced the center with a klipsch RC-52 II and it sounds so much better. My question is do you think going from the 522-VAC to the 5C will give me same results? I'd rather keep my setup Aperion only or Kliscph only not mix and match
Thanks

Honestly I don't think the 522-VAC to 5C move will be a huge upgrade, I do think the 5C offers more natural highs and a slightly fuller midrange but it's not an enormous difference. To really get a sizable bump you would have to go up to the 6C or Verus Grand, in my opinion.
