Hey all! Just ordered a pair of 5T towers today as the first step to replacing an older existing system. I owned an Aperion S8 sub a few years back and was always impresed with it so Aperion was my first stop this time around. I'll be connecting the pair of 5T's to a new Marantz NR1602 AVR I picked up last week. Will be using the system primarily for 2-ch. music for now, but have plans to build a full HT system later on.
Can't wait to get the 5T's and hear them connected to the Marantz!

Hi David, welcome to the forum. The 5T towers will play well with the Marantz, and should sound really good. Those plus the S8 sub ought to rock your socks off, and be a very good start to a home theater later on. Thanks for the order. Let us know what you think when you get a chance.

The 5T's arrived safe and sound yesterday as promised. Still getting things setup and configured, but my initial impression on the quality and sound of these speakers is – WOW!

What can I say, I love these speakers. Ordered and recieved a 4C center channel, so my home theater setup is slowly taking shape. I wish I could have used a 5C, but the center channel opening in my cabinet is only 18" wide, one inch narrower than the 5C. Oh well.
Now to start saving my pennies for a sub!
