When I was installing banana plugs into my cables I wasn't able to strip it without cut a few wire. I used I wire cutter but the shape of the speaker cable was kind of uneven, so after some unsucessful redos I gave up and accepted some losses.
Do you think this could compromise the quality of my installation?
Thanks

Losing a few strands of copper wire isn't a big deal in the grand scheme of things. If you plug them in and they sound fine, you're good to go!
Just make sure there aren't any stray wires sticking out of the banana plug, as that could potentially cause a short.

Thanks PJ! That's what I thought.
About the possible stray wires sticking out of the banana plug, I'm pretty sure that's not the case, since It's my first real sound system I tried to make this as perfect as I could, I think the only thing that I could do it better is not to cut this few wires.
The only thing is that when I plugged everything they didn't sound fine, they sound awesome!!!!
