Hi,
I bought Intimus 4T Hybrid SD. One of the surround 4B sounded rattling over the weekend. I think the driver is not working well. I just wonder if this is covered under warranty? how do i get it serviced?

Hello and welcome to the forum!
Sorry to hear about the trouble with the 4B. If the speaker is on a mount or stand I would take it off of there just to make sure that the rattling is coming from the speaker itself.
If it is indeed coming from the speaker then yes that would be covered under warranty, just give us a call and we will be happy to help you, thanks!
