I know i29 speaker stand is for 5B, but can I use it for my 4B?

Hello and welcome to the forum,
Yes you can, but it's going to put the speaker kind of low with the tweeter at about 37" or so.

Would this tweeter height also be an issue (probably more so) with mounting the 4BPs to the i29s?

Indeed, I would strongly advise you not to use the i29s with the 4BP since you really want that speaker at a height of at least 4-5 feet.
The i31s (yes they are a little wobbly) or using the included wall mount bracket are better options.
