A few months back I wanted to setup a home theater and I had no idea what kind of speakers to buy. While surfing for information I stumbled across the Aperion name. Lucky for me! After more research of the Aperion name I pulled the trigger and got this system. I've had these speakers for about 3 months now and can describe them with one word....... WOW!

Things worked out so well I had to buy a new TV to add to the system, Panasonic TH-50PZ700U. Who cares about going to the movie theater when I have my own at home.

I think anyone will be hard pressed to find better speakers for the same price.

I had limited space for my fronts and rears so I wanted a fairly compact set of speakers that also provided quality sound. This set really fit the bill for me. I've been using them for six months and am really happy.

I'm using this speaker package for a dedicated HT set up. I'm very happy with the performance and fit and finish (real wood cabinets at this price, hard to believe!). The only reason I'm not giving a 5 of 5 is because I haven't spent much time with them listening to music. This is simply because I have a dedicated 2 channel rig for that, but if HT performance is any indication, I'm sure they sound quite good. I highly recommend giving them a try. At this price point they're pretty hard to beat!

I've had my 532 Cinema system for nearly a year now. Absolutely love it each and every day. I love that the 10" sub can really put out the deep bass in movies, yet the 532s are superb for clear mids and highs. Classical music sounds just fantastic, but movies are where I really like to exercise the system. Never has that been more evident with my recent purchase of Transformers on DVD. This DVD, more than any I've heard recently, really demonstrates how low a soundtrack can go and on the Aperions, hooked to my Onkyo 604, absolutely rock with that bass that can be felt as much as it can be heard. I absolutely recommend this system for its tremendous value and fabulous performance.

To assess the vertical array's wide-dispersion capabilities, we played test discs' "pink noise" tracks and determined that yes, the Aperion Intimus 533-VAC's performance claims were valid. The speaker's tonal balance was unaffected by our position on our couch. The rated 80Hz bass response is more full range than typical center speakers, ensuring that dialogue is always full bodied and natural. Two-way center speakers can sometimes sound boxy or closed in, but the 533-VAC's sound was fully open. Best of all, the well-endowed speaker proved itself a synergistic match with even the largest Aperion speakers that we had on hand, namely the 633-Ttowers, and still mated well with the smaller 632-LR bookshelfspeakers. It's truly an exceptional design.

The Aperion S-10's home-theater skills satisfied our lust for bombast; when playing the Constantine DVD, the evil spirits' demonic low-frequency effects quaked with visceral authority. The sub can fill even fairly large 400-plus-square-foot room with bass. Some subs are great with home theater but turn flabby on music. No problem here--the S-10 depicted jazz bassist Charles Mingus's nimble fingerings with crisp articulation.
