Not only does the SR7005 boast the most power of the Marantz SR line, but it also utilizes proprietary HDAM (Hyper-Dynamic Amplifier Module) circuits which combine the short signal path advantages of ICs (integrated circuit) and opamps (operational amplifier) with the superior sound quality of separate circuit components. On top of that it uses current feedback to track rapid sonic changes more accurately and thus sound more natural. It is also the only Marantz AVR to feature a MM phono input making no phone pre-amp required to enjoy your vinyl.
