Once your Aperion Audio speakers arrive, test-drive them for 60 days with your own music and movies, connected to your own equipment, and surrounded by the only acoustics that matter: your room.
Step 3: Fall in love or send them back. The shipping's on us.
This is a two-pronged step in that you have two options. If you fall in love with Aperion’s speakers, they move in permanently. If you’re not so crazy about them, just call us toll-free at 1-888-880-8992 for pre-paid return shipping labels and ship them back. We’ll pay all the freight and credit your account in-full once we receive the undamaged speakers, simple as that.
Within 60 days, if you choose to return Aperion’s speakers, simply call us at 1-888-880-8992 to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). We’ll ask you a few simple questions and arrange the return. An email with an electronic shipping label will be promptly sent with instructions. Then you simply print out the label(s), and stick them on the box(es). Once that's completed, you have a choice on how it gets back to us: 1. drop it off at any FedEx location, 2. hand it over to any FedEx driver, or 3. if you have daily FedEx pick up at work, hand over the packages to them. That's it!
Once your return merchandise arrives, we will inspect it to ensure it has been shipped back to us in its original condition. Just make sure the item gets returned in its original packaging with all the remotes, manuals, wiring and even feet included. Upon a satisfactory inspection, we’ll issue a full credit for your original purchase price. For any product not shipped back in its original condition, an appropriate restocking fee of 25% will be charged. Wires and connective cables are only eligible for return if they are unused and returned in their original packaging. No refund will be issued for products that have been damaged, altered, or abused.
You must return the merchandise back to Aperion in the original packaging materials. If you have tossed them, new packing materials may be sent to you at a nominal cost if they are available. Call our Home Theater Gurus to check for availability. Our home theater systems are heavy and can get damaged in shipping without proper protection, so we suggest you keep your packing materials during and beyond your warranty period, just in case they need to be sent back for return or service.
For your protection an adult signature will be required to receive your shipment of Aperion Audio products. Aperion’s IN-HOME AUDITION™ applies to domestic U.S. shipments only. Alaska and Hawaii are excluded, please contact us for shipping quotes to those regions.
