Returns & Replacement FAQs
Aperion Audio offers a generous 30-Day In-Home Trial on speakers, as well as Free Shipping & Free Returns on all regular price items. This gives you time to fully fall in love with your new product and make sure that it’s a perfect fit. If you feel you need another 30 days to really get your feet wet, just sign up for our email newsletter and join the Aperion Owners Guild, then contact us to let us know and we will make it happen!
If you would like to return your product, please contact Aperion’s Customer Service within the 30-Day audition period to arrange for a hassle-free return, and we’ll issue you an RMA number. A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returned products. Return credits are typically issued within 7-10 business days of the returned item(s) being received and inspected.
An RMA will be valid for 15 calendar days. Retuned products must be dropped off at an UPS or FedEx location (see RMA document for instructions) for shipment to Aperion Audio.
In order to receive a full refund Aperion product must be returned in like-new condition and in the original packaging including all accessories and manuals. If you require replacement packaging, please contact Aperion Audio Customer Service.
Products returned without the original packaging materials, missing parts / accessories, or returned in an obviously used / damaged condition will be charged additional restocking fees based on the missing materials, parts or damage. In extreme cases, Aperion reserves the right to refuse refund for returned product deemed damaged beyond salvage. In this rare situation the customer will have the option of retaining the product at their expense or having us dispose of it.
Wires and connective cables are only eligible for return if they are unused and returned in their original unopened packaging.

1. Contact Aperion Audio to get a Return Merchandise Authorization;
An RMA must be obtained from Aperion Audio within 30 days of receipt of your product. You can contact us via phone, email or chat. We'll send you an RMA number, shipping label and instructions on how to return your items. We do not provide return labels for discounted/promo items.
2. Make sure your items are packed in the same way that you received them;
PLEASE DO NOT THROW AWAY YOUR PRODUCT’S ORIGINAL PACKAGING!
Return items must be in like-new condition and in the original packaging (complete with all original accessories and manuals) to ensure they will not be damaged during return shipping. We encourage the customer to contact us in order to ensure the products are properly packed.
3. Attach the shipping label;
For most of returns, you will receive a UPS or FedEx authorized return label along with RMA number. Remove or cover the original shipping label on your packaging, then securely affix one completed return label to each package to be returned.
4. Drop off your return item(s) at an official UPS of FedEx site;
Depending on your location and / or RMA instructions, deliver your return items to any official UPS or FedEx drop-off site. For the UPS location nearest you, call 1.800.742.5877 or visit www.ups.com. For the FedEx location nearest you call 1.800.463.3339 or visit www.fedex.com.
5. Once we receive your returned items and they have gone through the inspection process your refund will be determined and processed;
Wires and connective cables are only eligible for return if they are unused and returned in their original packaging (spooled wire cannot be opened or cut).
Return credits are typically issued within 7-10 business days of the item being received and inspected. Products that are returned without the original packaging materials, or are returned damaged will be charged a restocking fee based on the severity of damage or replacement value of the packaging. 6. If any items are missing, not shipped in the original packaging or the returned product is damaged in any way;

Refund options: Refunds must be issued to the same credit card, debit card, or other form of payment used in the original transaction.
Items must be returned in like-new condition: Aperion Audio may refuse a customer return or charge additional restocking fees when the returned item is not like new. Examples of conditions that will lead to refused returns or additional restocking fees include, but are not limited to:
- A different serial number than the one Aperion Audio originally shipped.
- Missing parts or the original product packing material.
- Damage because it was improperly packaged for return shipment.
- Been heavily used (such as Scratches, scuffs, dents and any damage to external or internal components.). If damaged is found, customers will receive a report detailing the damage prior to issuing any refund.
- Damage from drops, spilled liquid, attempted modification or mishandling
In the event that you refuse your package, you will be subject to paying the full shipping price of the product both ways. Charges will be automatically charged to your supplied credit card. If you ordered an item that has Free shipping you will be charged the full shipping amount.
If your package is undeliverable due to incorrect information provided by you, the purchaser, or any other reason that is not the fault of Aperion Audio, the purchaser is responsible for payment of the full shipping amount.
We make every effort to prevent shipping damage. If your package appears damaged upon receipt:
- Notify Aperion Audio with-in 24 hours of receipt.
- Please take pictures of the damaged box/product
- If you refuse delivery, please notify Aperion Audio immediately at 888-880-8992
- If a damaged product is accepted with a signature You are Responsible for Filing a claim with the Carrier.
The Aperion Audio 30 Day In-Home Trial only applies to speaker purchases made direct from www.aperionaudio.com in the US.
