Is there still a warranty or trial period on open box products?
Absolutely! All of the items listed for sale in either A or B-Stock condition come with their regular warranty and trial period, meaning you get peace of mind that we still stand behind our open box products.
Are the open box speakers inspected and tested?
Yes, each speaker, amplifier, or super tweeter is individually tested and inspected thoroughly by our QC team.
What is A-Stock and what is B-Stock?
A-Stock and B-Stock are terms we use to classify the imperfections that may be on an open-box speaker.
Speakers in "A-Stock Condition" could have any of the following; light surface scratches not visible from a normal viewing distance, slightly damaged box, some missing accessories (user-manual, gloves, polish cloth, etc).
Speakers in "B-Stock Condition" could have any of the following; larger surface scratches, missing paint, paint chips, corner chips from a speaker falling or being dropped, damaged but still usable box, no accessories at all.

Open-Box, or scratch and dent availability depends on what we have in stock, all open-box items are sold as a first come first served basis.
Are these all returned items?
Nope! Sometimes we put speakers used in our demo room up for sale as open-box.
